Services
iShiftAI provides consulting and implementation services for enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and delivery. Unless explicitly stated, no software-as-a-service product license is granted.
Intellectual Property
Each party retains rights to pre-existing intellectual property. Deliverable ownership and usage rights are governed by the applicable signed services agreement or statement of work.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iShiftAI is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the applicable engagement period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. state and federal law, unless otherwise specified in a separately executed customer agreement.
